BR 1-31-14

I would not continue to build the pipeline if it wasn't affecting the environment in a positive way. Why would we continue to break down the environment?

BR 1-30-14

Two inches of snow would not cause near as much trouble here as it would there. I would not want to live in a place not used to snow and honestly, even if there is snow you should still be able to drive. I think it's kind of ridiculous that it shut down.

The Average Congressman

1. Tend to have a substantial amount of money
2. "smart"
3. Politically experienced

BR 1-17-14

I don't really think that suing the player was quite necessary. He chose to be the coach and accidents happen. It was a sport that anyone was likely to get hurt in. The kid was fifteen years old and it was highly outrageous to sue 600,000 dollars to sue him for a mere accident. Just my opinion.

I honestly don't think the show has had any effect on the teenage pregnancy rate around here. It's just a show and it's almost promoting teenage pregnancy. I think the "stats" they said were pretty much just a story to make the show itself look better..

1-13-14

I personally don't think this even reflects West Virginia in a positive or negative way, and if it did then society is totally screwed. This could have easily happened anywhere else in the United States, and it's sad that so many people are actually criticizing WV over this. I guess people out of state will find any way possible to bash West Virginia, which is honestly ridiculous. A majority of the comments state that "us West Virginians" were against them.. It really irritates me that other states automatically assume that West Virginia is a bunch of uneducated, backwoods, legit rednecks. We have a lot more class than what people put off about us. " And West Virginia is nothing if not poor and white." Seriously? Come on.

1. The parents have the decision on whether or not she should be able to have the tube inserted. She is only thirteen so legally she cannot make the final decision.
2. I would allow the child to tell me what they want before i made the final decision if I were the parents.
