I am writing a bill on physician assisted suicide for the state of Washington.

• It is legal in the state of Washington
• You have to be 18 years of age
• You must be a resident
• Must have 6 or less months until expected death date
• You must have 2 oral (at least 15 days apart) and one written request to Physician
