I actually do think that back up cameras do help, especially in bigger vehicles. My dad's Dodge has rear cameras and it makes turning around in our driveway much easier especially when you can't see the lower things that usually wouldn't be visible out of the mirrors or back glass.

I do think that racism is still an issue. It may not be as bad as it used to be, but it is still here. I believe that people are more open towards different races, but there is still a trace of bashing against them from some peers. I think it will always be a problem for some people especially if that's how they were raised but it will never be as bad as it was.

Supreme Court Justices are nominated by the President, then voted on by Congress. The Justices then serve until retirement, resignation, or death (unless the Justice fails to have "good behavior"). Do you think Supreme Court Justices should serve for life? Should the American people vote for Justices, or leave it those who have "experience"?

She is saying that her 4th amendment was violated. The school officials also did not have enough evidence to do the search. It was concluded that it did violate her rights and was not a justified reason to strip search a 13 year old girl.

State Data Sheet
Every new Senator
makes an introductory speech to the Senate.
In order to speak effectively and identify the state-focused issue on
which you will concentrate, you will need to collect some data about your
state. The more you know, the more
effective you should be in addressing the real needs of your state. The information you gather should also help
you to create your campaign poster and organize your introductory speech to the
Senate.
Consider the following list of items to be “basic.” The list is NOT intended to be
all-inclusive. Any other pertinent
information you find should be included at the end of the list. Note that “RANK” (see below) means national
rank, i.e., out of the 50 states. Use
almanacs, encyclopedias (NOT Wikipedia), the Internet, etc. to find this
information. See the back for suggested

I don't even have to read this article to have an opinion about the question. I do think that the government should be able to restrict what you buy with food stamps. If you can't get your own job and get your own money, and you are taking the government's money then you should only be able to buy what the government allows. If my dad gave me money and told me to only use it for a certain thing then I'd only use it for that certain thing.

This could have easily happened anywhere else in the United States, and it's sad that so many people are actually criticizing WV over this. I guess people out of state will find any way possible to bash West Virginia, which is honestly ridiculous. A majority of the comments state that "us West Virginians" were against them.. It really irritates me that other states automatically assume that West Virginia is a bunch of uneducated, backwoods, legit rednecks. We have a lot more class than what people put off about us.
